Individual Report

So In this post i am going to write about my own individual report!~

So the screening day is coming soon which will fall on the 19th of December.

I am excited but yet scared because MR.CHARLES will be grading us on that day.

But what is important will be the viewers view.I am nervous because i am scared that our movie will not be as good as what the viewers think.

So lets start with the movie poster.

By looking at the poster i bet the readers will get it what is the whole movie going to talk about.

So yeay CANNIBAL!

The hand that is place on the plate with a fork and knife give us the feeling of the flesh that is going to be eaten soon.

"The title of the movie"

This title is giving off a message of a murder is commited but no one knows who it is?and there is no witness to prove it.

"Characters"

In the movie SILENT MURDERS the actress and actors has their own character and personality.In this way it will make the audience easier to differentiate them.

Each of us are given a name and a personality that will suit us in the movie.

"My Point of view about the movie"

Well,My point of view about the whole movie is pretty good.I would give my movie maybe...8/10.

During the whole process,i manage to learn alot such as camera angles,lighting,editing,team work and time management.

Besides that we have other assignments from our other lectures but i find THIS MOVIE MAKING IS THE MOST INTERESTING! Well for this movie assignment i am mostly just the photography director(VJ) and assistant editor.So overal it was a very good  experience and Who knows maybe one day i may change my mind to be a producer instead of an interior designer.

So Yeay here come to an end!I am Sad that foundation is already over!!One year spending with my lovely classmates and now we have to separate And also would like to thank all our lecturers who has been with us the whole time.

Last Day of Filming!(Final scene)

So yeay it finally came to and end!Now we are only left with editing.Final scene took place in Annbel's house.In this final scene you will get to know who is the real killer and who is behind all this plot. AND also The BUTCHER is finally out in this last scene.Are you curios?

But unfortunately i can't post any pictures because my groupmates and i has already promise each other to not post any pictures for our final scene or it may spoiled the whole movie.

Reshot scene

So after watching our last lab scene we shoot back in Aug.we finally realize that we have to reshot the scene.Last time we uses Ching Hsin as the Human that we are going to experiment on,but this time we uses Annabel's sister.To make annabel's sister bold we uses ailsa's swimming cap and painted it with BB CREAM (a type of beauty product) to make a suitable skin colour.

Pangkor study trip!

17th october to 20th october 

On this date we went to pangkor island with our juniors for our study trip.The first day which is 17th is the day we depart to pangkor.We depart at 6.am and reached Pangkor at about 3p.m. As for rooms, we all sleep in the chalet.The scenery in PANGKOR was good but i prefer TIOMAN.The activities we had done in pangkor are SNORKELLING AND CYCLING.
The activities for cycling was super hard! But its a very good experience! we cycle downhills and uphills which require alot of energy.We cycle 30km under the hot sun.So far i only cycle for 17km.My leg got cram so i had to take the car back to the chalet while my other teammates cycle till the end.Although i din't make it till the end,i still feel proud that i had cycle for 17km which i had never done it before in my life.I would like to have this cycling experience again.Besides that we also did some filming for our Contexual studies.

Two Cults

So on the 10th of october my groupmates decided to have a small discussion on our film.We realize that our Film actually involves two cults..So we dicided to change part of the story from the original we had. The original cults we have was the cannibals which were called the "canines"
BUT now we found out that there is also another cults that are involving in this film which is the group of underground scientist.So on that day, what we do is just discussing about the plot and also trying to change the story we had from the original.

The Lab Scene

In this scene,the group of us are dress with lab coats for experimenting bringging the dead back to life.This scene will be fast foward in the real movie to shows that we are actually working on our project.
Thanks to annabel for letting us film in her house and also we as group would like thank her mom for helping us during filming.

Here we are in our labcoats.In the scene our project was a succes after finding out that the finger of the dead body moves.

Office scene

This is the scene where Alex goes to zara's office after receiving a call from her.Being a curios girl,alex made up her mind to join the project with zara of bringging the dead back to life.With the character of always being Emo and quiet could she be one of the K9 members?

 What has become of this world? Science and technology used to be the hope for our future.Whatever made humans long for the flesh of their own kind still remains a mystery.

Production 01 (REPORT)

ANOTHER FILMING DAY...

(Date:19/9/2013,Time:6p.m)Thanks to fauza for letting us to film in her house.In this picture i was acting the part where Elle goes to adauza's house to tell her that Alex is suspicious after Zara's dead.In this scene i did some constribution towards the camera angle and also the camera lighting.

Knock-Knock Adauza are you home?This scene took us at least one hour to film.What a tiring day..

In this scene Zara was searching some information about Alex's company and even asked alex to join her for the project of bringging the dead back to life.In this scene i was handling the camera.I constributed in the camera angle,Camera and also some arranging to make Zara's and Alex's office.

Everyone brought something from their house such as calendar,telephone,cloths,papers,and many more to make the room look like an office.

The scene where zara and alex saw one of the k9 being caught by a police for attacking a person.This scene was shot on last saturday with the help from other groups.Thanks to Jamie,Jean and Hui Ryu.

This scene show the part where Zara was walking to her Lab.This scene was shot on monday and it has been completed already.


So far this 2 scene has been completed....The next scedule for our filming will be on Friday.

How do film Noir contributed?

As you can see in the picture below,the scene were shot in different angles and also they were shot with different amount of lighting in it that will gives a Noir feeling.

This is the scene where Zara was walking to her Lab.We took a few shot from different angles

This is another example that were shot from the side view.

And this picture shows how much of lighting were use.

Alex and Zara were talking about the project and suddently they heard a loud noise.In this picture the amount of lighting is less because of the room that is quiet dark.

This picture shows Zara walking to her Lab.In this picture only her back was shown.With the dark lighting and the camera angle it gives a Noir feeling to it.
